Dean has more than 35 years of international experience in manufacturing, metal working, machining, fabrication and the machine tool industry.
He was the co-founder and chief executive of Command Tooling Systems and is currently the chief executive of Mate Precision Technologies. He established Mate’s subsidiary companies in Rugby, England and Oberursel, Germany and Mate’s partnership with Tecnostamp SRL in Piacenza, Italy.
Dean is a member of the Augsburg University Board of Regents, the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association, the Association for Manufacturing Technology and the Young Presidents’ Organization.
He is a graduate of Augsburg University (BA) and the University of Minnesota (MBA).
Dean is a dual citizen of the United States and Italy.
